St Brigid’s Day was one of the most important days of the year for our rural ancestors. With its origins in the Celtic festival of Imbolc, St Brigid’s Day signalled a new season of hope and growth. Mary Williams, The elbowroom yoga teacher, has designed this unique and beautiful practice themed “What it means to be Irish”, celebrating connection to the land and to the Earth. This yoga practice is suitable for complete beginners.
