HARK! a new festive music and theatre treat written and performed by award winning playwright Deirdre Kinahan with accompanying score by composer Paul Frost, performed by the Kells Quintet!

Enjoy this festive performance, accompanied by the wonderful Kells Quintet. Filmed live as part of the “HARK – A Christmas Carol” event, celebrating Meath’s wealth of artistic talent at Kells Theatre, Kells December 2021. A specially written piece that will make you laugh and cry whilst celebrating music and gathering at Christmas.

Deirdre Kinahan is Literary Associate with Meath County Council Arts Office, and a member of Aosdána, Ireland’s elected body of outstanding artists,. Her plays are translated into many languages, published by Nick Hern Books and produced regularly in Ireland and on the international stage.

HARK was commissioned by Meath Arts Office and produced by Sofft Productions under the DTCAGSM Local Live Performance Programming Scheme.
